Job Title: Software / Automation Engineering Engineer III

Apsida Life Science has partnered with is a leading global, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) that specialises in clinical development and post-marketing solutions for the life sciences industry.

The Opportunity:

• Designing and implementing software architectures for automated production lines and lab equipment.
• Leading the full lifecycle of automation projects from initial User Requirement Specifications (URS) through to Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Managing the technical integrity of clinical sites, ensuring all software updates and automation tweaks align with regulatory milestones.
• Authoring and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols to ensure software systems are fully validated for clinical use.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related Mechatronics field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or automation, specifically within the Life Sciences or highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to design and implement software architectures for automated production lines and lab equipment.
• Experience in authoring and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols to ensure software systems are fully validated for clinical use.
